Hi Everyone,
Today, I’m sharing a clean and simple all die cut card. I’ve really been loving the beautiful flower dies that stamp companies have been coming out with lately so I knew The Stamp Market’s Spring Tulip die had to come home with me.
Images
My original idea was to use the lovely outline flower the Spring Tulip die creates but when I die cut my first Tulip I really liked how the flower looked with all the pieces still intact so I decided to go with it. I die cut the flowers from Lawn Fawn’s Vanilla Malt, Kraft, and Sage Leaf cardstocks as well as MFT’s Tickled Pink cardstock.
Background
I wanted the background to have some interest, instead of being flat white, so I used a sheet of Lawn Fawn’s Spiffy Speckles pattern paper which I die cut with the largest die from Lawn Fawn’s Large Stitched Rectangle die set.
Sentiment
For the sentiment, I wanted something that would have some weight and not get loss against all the beautiful flowers. So, I pulled out The Stamp Market’s Stacked Hello Stamp Bundle and die cut “Hello” using white cardstock from my stash. I also die cut white craft foam with the same “Hello” die since I wanted the sentiment raised off the card base to give it some separation from the flowers. I love how this turned out!
Thanks for stoping by today! Stay safe!
