Hi Everyone!
Today, I thought it would be fun to share a non-Christmas card with you. This super cute card features MFT’s Picture Perfect stamp set. I love all the ADORABLE image from this set and shared another card earlier this year I created with it.
Image
I started by stamping the image onto Neenah Solar White, 110 lb, cardstock using MFT’s Extreme Black Ink and colored it with Copic markers. To add a bit more life to these cuties I went over both of their noses with Glossy Accents and used a black Sakura Gelly Roll pen on their eyes.
Background
To create the background, I used two dies from MFT’s Paw Prints dies set along with the “hello” and “smile” dies from MFT’s #Captions die set. I randomly place these dies onto a piece of Neenah Solar White cardstock and ran them through my die cutting machine several times. Next, I adhered a piece of Lawn Fawn’s Really Rainbow pattern paper to the card base and placed the white cardstock panel on top. I love how using this piece of pattern paper makes the card so cheerful and bright!
Focal Panel and Sentiment
For the focal panel, I cut a piece of MFT’s Kraft cardstock with MFT’s Polaroid Shaker Frame die and after adhering the image behind it I popped it up with foam tape. On top of the frame I added “hello” and a paw print which were remnants from creating the background panel.
Thanks for stopping by and spending a little time with me today!

I just came across your card and went ‘WOW’…I love it! The use of the rainbow striped background paper really makes it pop, yet doesn’t distract from your focal image. Very well done🥰

Karen – thank you so much for the sweet comment! I’m so glad you like the card.
I love how easy it was to add so much interest just by adding the pattern paper. I really think it makes this card shine.
Thanks for stopping by my blog!
