Hi Everyone,
If you also love floral stamps then I highly recommend checking out The Ton – they have so many beautiful stamps! I really love their layering floral stamps which make creating beautiful flowers such a breeze. Since I love with Peony stamps I just had to snap up The Ton’s Peony Memories stamp set. If you want to see a few other cards I’ve made with other Peony stamp sets check out Sunny Studio’s Pink Peonies and Reverse Confetti’s Peony cards.
Images
I started by stamping the flowers and leaves from the Peony Memories stamp set onto Neenah Solar White, 110 lb, cardstock. For the flowers, I used Pinkfresh Studio’s Peach Fuzz, Apricot, and Clementine inks and for the leaves I used Pinkfresh Studio’s Mint, Meadow, and Emerald City inks. Next, I die cut all the images using the coordinating dies.
Background
To create the background, I die cut a piece of white cardstock with Sunny Studio’s Frilly Frames Lattice die and was careful not to remove any of the die cut pieces. Next, I die cut another piece of white cardstock using the largest die from Lawn Fawn’s Outside in Stitched Heart Stackables die set. I love how layering these two die cuts along with the flowers and the leaves create so much dimension on a very flat card.
Sentiment and Finishing Touches
For the sentiment, I pulled out a new favorite of mine, The Ton’s Easy Expressions stamp set. This stamp and die set is AMAZING! It creates several thank you sentiments all at once and the best part is you can use two color inks to make the sentiment even more fun. I used Lawn Fawn’s Soot and Pinkfresh Studio’s Clementine inks for my sentiment.
The last finishing touch was to add some orange enamel dots to the flower centers and scatter a few green enamel dots around the card.
Thanks for stopping by and spending some time with me today.
